CPR CAN'T BE TAKEN ONLINE? MYTHBUSTERS!
The cognitive or informational portion of the course can be taken safely online through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Health and Safety Institute (HSI) online learning platforms; Assigned by an authorized Training Center or Training Site. The online platform REQUIRES that you come in for a hands-on Skill and Testing Session. These certifications are the same as if you take the full in-person training.

CPR ONLINE TRAINING COURSE IS SELF-PACED AND TAKE IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME OR OFFICE.

AHA BLS CERTIFICATION
Basic Life Support (BLS) is available in two different training methods – blended learning and classroom training. All BLS course options teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA BLS Course Completion Card.

Is AHA BLS the right course for me?
BLS is geared towards prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, fire fighters, and in-facility hospital providers. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is available in two different training methods – blended learning and classroom training. All Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course options teach the same AHA science-based skills and result in the same AHA Course Completion Card.

Is AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED the right course for me?

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years. Please contact your employer to ensure that you are selecting the correct course.
