AHA BLS RENEWAL CLASS {In-Person}

Service Description

The BLS Course refresh participants who hold a current BLS provider card to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. In the Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also completes a written exam. Student Workbooks will be provided during the course. If you have one from a previous course, please bring it with you. There is an Option to purchase student workbooks. CERTIFICATION: 2 YEARS The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation and rescheduling of class, a 48 hour notice is required. Refunds will only be issued if class is canceled 48 hour prior scheduled course start time. To reschedule a class, 24 hours notice is required and will result in a $15.00 Rescheduling fee. Cancellations after the class start time will result in forfeit of refunds.
