Service Description

100% remote course training and certification with a Certified AHA Instructor. Participants must have successfully completed the Heartcode BLS Part A online Participants must bring in proof of course completion or email certificate to us at queenofhearts_cprtc@yahoo.com The hands-on skill practice and testing takes approximately 1.5 -2 HOURS depending on participants skill level. Instructor will focus on; High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants; AHA Chain of Survival, early use of an AED, effective ventilations using a barrier device, Importance of teams in multi-rescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multi-rescuer CPR Relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (choking) for adults and infants. Upon completion of all course requirements, and returned of training equipment, participants receive a BLS Provider Course Completion Card which is valid for two years. Continuing Education Credits Depending on which BLS course option you choose, CE/CME may be available for your profession.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation and rescheduling of class of remote courses, a 36-hour notice is required. Refunds will only be issued if participant canceled 36-hour before scheduled course start time and equipment rental is returned withing 7 postal days (Monday-Saturdays). To reschedule a class, 36 hours' notice is required and will result in a $25.00 Rescheduling fee. Complete cancelation of the course will result in $30 shipping and handling of equipment returns. Remote Classes equipment charges of $250 will be charged for failed to return CPR rental inclusive of all equipment in working condition. Equipment charges of $5.00 per day for any equipment not returned withing 5 days after class end time. Please plan accordingly. Cancellations WITHIN 48 of the class start time will result in partial refund. Cancellations with 24 hours of class start time will result in forfeit of refunds. Any equipment that is not returned could result in small claims proceeding and will include court filing cost.
