Service Description

The Health and Safety Institute ASHI and MEDIC First Aid Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) training program is intended primarily for teenagers and others who are planning to provide babysitting services for young children and infants; babysitting, proper supervision, basic caregiving skills and guidelines on how to recognize and handle problems that may occur. This course is mixed between online and in-person learning; core knowledge content is provided in video segments and interactive student exercises; followed by in-person, instructor led exercises and skill practice.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation and rescheduling of class, a 48 hour notice is required. Refunds will only be issued if class is canceled 48 hour prior scheduled course start time. To reschedule a class, 24 hours notice is required and will result in a $15.00 Rescheduling fee. Cancellations after the class start time will result in forfeit of refunds.
