Service Description

100% REMOTE SKILL SESSION. This course is designed to develop knowledge, skill and confidence necessary to respond to medical emergency infants, children and adults. Participants will understand, identify and explain primary scene assessment, control of bleeding, and chocking. This course includes Basic First Aid. First Aid training defines what a first aid responders role, how to recognize and emergency, and priorities of personal safety. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a 2 year certification. PLEASE NOTE: COURSE CERTIFICATION CARDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN RETURNED. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation and rescheduling of class of remote courses, a 36-hour notice is required. Refunds will only be issued if participant canceled 36-hour before scheduled course start time and equipment rental is returned withing 7 postal days (Monday-Saturdays). To reschedule a class, 36 hours' notice is required and will result in a $25.00 Rescheduling fee. Complete cancelation of the course will result in $30 shipping and handling of equipment returns. Remote Classes equipment charges of $250 will be charged for failed to return CPR rental inclusive of all equipment in working condition. Equipment charges of $5.00 per day for any equipment not returned withing 5 days after class end time. Please plan accordingly. Cancellations WITHIN 48 of the class start time will result in partial refund. Cancellations with 24 hours of class start time will result in forfeit of refunds. Any equipment that is not returned could result in small claims proceeding and will include court filing cost.
