Service Description
Want to become an instructor? We offer Instructor Development courses to train individuals, or large companies who want to certify/recertify others. This course option is Blended Method; (online+ classroom) 4hrs of online training and 4 hours of classroom training. After successful completion of the online course, students will enroll in an IDC Part 2 classroom trainings. To teach Basic Life Support you will need to hold a provide level first and then take the Basic Live Support Instructor Development Course. CERTIFICATION: LIFE-LONG WITH YEARLY RENEWAL AND YEARLY OBSERVATION

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation and rescheduling of class of remote courses, a 36-hour notice is required. Refunds will only be issued if participant canceled 36-hour before scheduled course start time and equipment rental is returned withing 7 postal days (Monday-Saturdays). To reschedule a class, 36 hours' notice is required and will result in a $25.00 Rescheduling fee. Complete cancelation of the course will result in $30 shipping and handling of equipment returns. Remote Classes equipment charges of $250 will be charged for failed to return CPR rental inclusive of all equipment in working condition. Equipment charges of $5.00 per day for any equipment not returned withing 5 days after class end time. Please plan accordingly. Cancellations WITHIN 48 of the class start time will result in partial refund. Cancellations with 24 hours of class start time will result in forfeit of refunds. Any equipment that is not returned could result in small claims proceeding and will include court filing cost.
